Returns & Exchanges

We’re a small, independent brand, and every order truly means the world to us. Your support not only helps us grow, but also allows us to continue sharing our art, values, and message with the community.

Before placing an order, we kindly encourage you to double-check your measurements to ensure you're selecting the right size.


Returns

At this time, we’re unable to offer regular returns. Thank you for your understanding and support.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date.

To begin the process, please email us at hello@daybydayshop.ca with your order number and the details of your request.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged)

  • All original packaging and tags must be attached

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Once your item is received and approved, we’ll ship your exchange item free of charge

For Victoria, BC residents: Exchanges can also be made in person at our studio.


Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our studio. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue an exchange at no extra cost. If the item is one-of-a-kind or out of stock, we’ll provide a full refund to your original payment method.
